Mondays Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license BLS, ACLS, and all required Operating Room certifications (must be completed prior to start; additional certifications may be requested) Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience preferred Ability to complete NM state fingerprinting/background check before or upon assignment start (14-day waiver may apply) Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective perioperative care in a dynamic OR setting Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal surgical outcomes Exhibit adaptability within inpatient and outpatient environments Maintain up-to-date documentation and patient advocacy
