Schedule:

Flexible options: Choose between 36 or 48 hours per week Holidays as required Every other weekend coverage

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Nursing (required) Current AHA BLS or Red Cross certification (required) Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license (no temp licenses) At least 18 months of experience (2 years preferred), including 1 year of recent specialty experience Must be comfortable floating to other units and hospitals as needed

Deliver high-quality care to renal patients, including administering therapies and monitoring treatment responses Manage a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio Practice interdisciplinary collaboration with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals Uphold patient-first values across each stage of care
