Qualifications:

Current RN license Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification Strong ability to read and interpret basic cardiac rhythm strips prior to start Experience in both primary and team nursing models preferred

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive patient care to a diverse Telemetry population Collaborate closely with physicians and support staff Accurately assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs Identify and respond to rapidly evolving clinical situations in the Telemetry unit Ensure continuous communication with patients and families regarding care plans Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
