Job Description Job Description Job Description Express is seeking an experienced and motivated Traveling Construction Supervisor / Foreman / Superintendent to support projects throughout the Southeast region . This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader with strong field management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee projects from mobilization through completion. The ideal candidate will be dependable, highly organized, safety-focused, and capable of managing crews, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships in fast-paced environments. Experience in demolition, environmental remediation, industrial services, commercial construction, or military/government contracting is strongly preferred. Successful candidates will thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to changing project demands, and maintain a strong commitment to safety and professionalism. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience: $65,000 - $95,000 annually Health benefit stipend Fuel reimbursement Company-paid travel accommodations Per diem for travel assignments Career advancement and leadership growth opportunities Training and certification assistance for qualified candidates Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project schedules Supervise field crews while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards Conduct toolbox talks, daily safety meetings, and field briefings Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, EM 385-1-1 standards, AHAs, and site-specific safety requirements Maintain communication between field personnel, project management, subcontractors, and clients Utilize office and project management systems for scheduling, reporting, documentation, and tracking Assist with project planning, logistics coordination, and look-ahead scheduling Maintain accurate daily reports including labor, production, equipment usage, and project progress Interface professionally with inspectors, military personnel, government representatives, and customers Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork among crews on-site Qualifications Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership role Experience in demolition, environmental remediation, industrial services, or commercial construction preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with computers, email communication, scheduling platforms, and office systems Knowledge of construction safety standards and field operations Experience operating or supervising heavy equipment preferred OSHA 30 certification preferred Familiarity with
EM 385-1-1
standards preferred Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region Valid driver's license and REAL ID required Must be eligible to access military installations Background check required No felony convictions or significant criminal history Please Note:
