• Full-time MG Foundations is hiring a dependable, hard-working crew member for foundation and helical pile installation work.

This is a 100% travel position during the week : Leave Monday morning to jobsite Work on-site all week Return home Friday (midday typically) Company vehicle and transportation to jobsites provided. Also, will provide lodging in hotels and/or vacation rentals near the jobsite. Responsibilities Perform physical construction labor on jobsites Assist with helical pile installation Follow safety procedures and crew direction Support equipment operation and setup Requirements Construction experience. Equipment experience is a plus : Lull / telehandler (forklift) Excavator Must be reliable and show up on time Must be willing to travel every week (Mon-Fri). Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Helical piles/pier experience a PLUS Pay & Growth $25-40/hour starting pay

• depending on experience.

$45/day per diem (non-taxable). Overtime available Pay increase reviewed after 90 days (may occur sooner based on performance) Opportunity to move into lead/foreman role as company grows.
