We are looking for a professional climber who can handle technical removals, precision pruning, challenging rigging, and high-exposure situations with confidence, composure, and skill. POSITION

Tree Climber / Technical Arborist Full-Time • Year-Round • Top Pay + Bonuses

WHAT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DO

Climb confidently using modern systems (SRT, DRT, spurs as required) Perform technical removals, including high-exposure canopy work Execute advanced rigging techniques (negative rigging, lift assists, redirects, mechanical advantage) Communicate clearly with Crew Leaders and groundsmen Work efficiently without sacrificing safety Manage your rope systems, positioning, and cutting angles with precision Prune trees according to proper standards (not "lop and top") Assess hazards and make intelligent decisions in the moment Adjust rigging and cutting plans when conditions change Maintain gear and ensure it remains compliant, safe, and ready Climb in all weather conditions safely and professionally Stay humble, hungry, coachable, and focused We want a climber who sees this as a craft — not just a paycheck.
