Tree Service - Aerial Lift Operator

Perform rigging operations to ensure safe handling of debris and equipment. Conduct tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and removal as needed. Assist with landscape maintenance projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties. Utilize technology to navigate job sites effectively and maintain accurate records of work performed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic maintenance tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in aerial lift operation with a strong focus on safety practices. Familiarity with rigging techniques and equipment used in tree care. Knowledge of tree care principles and practices is preferred. Experience in landscape maintenance, or related fields is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
