Tree Service Worker Bucket & Aerial Lift Operator

Zalewski Tree Service is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our growing residential and commercial tree service team. Our work specializes primarily in tree removals, along with tree pruning, hazard deadwood pruning, lot clearing, and moderate land clearing projects. We take pride in operating with modern equipment and maintaining a work environment focused on safety, efficiency, professionalism, and teamwork. Requirements Valid, clean driver's license required CDL is a plus Minimum 2 years of experience operating a bucket truck required Tree climbing experience is a bonus Heavy equipment operating experience required Previous tree service experience required Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of tree work including: Aerial operations Equipment operation Rope and rigging work Tree felling Ground operations Final cleanup Work safely and efficiently as part of a professional crew Communicate professionally with customers and the general public Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic Arrive on time and remain reliable, accountable, and proactive Be willing to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed Assist with daily maintenance and minor repairs of equipment and vehicles What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Communicates well with others Works safely and efficiently Is dependable and motivated to improve Can contribute positively to the team environment At Zalewski Tree Service, we strive to complete every job safely, efficiently, and professionally — while still enjoying the work we do.
