Truck Driver

Buckeye Trucking has an immediate need for drivers to deliver products for Buckeye Metal Sales, Frankfort OH, a manufacturer of standard and specialty metal roofing and wall products for contractors and homeowners of south-central Ohio. We are a growing, family-owned business looking for Truck Drivers to join our team. Our Drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently operating a truck and trailer to deliver metal roofing, wall products and associated products to customer locations. This position is physically active (will be responsible for unloading at client sites) and requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety. Buckeye Trucking drivers also must be willing to communicate and cooperate with customers, respond to their needs, and safely operate a delivery vehicle in compliance with company and DOT Guidelines. Deliveries are made using 3500 and 4500 dually trucks with mostly bumper hitch trailers and some gooseneck trailers. Requirements /

Qualifications:

Provide a high standard of Customer Service while delivering, which includes unloading of products Deliveries are made from Frankfort OH to customers in approximately a 150 mile radius of Frankfort OH. Deliveries are generally made from Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work. Identify need for vehicle repairs and advise management. Class A CDL is required Minimum 5 years driving experience No preventable accidents, license suspensions or other moving violations in the past 5 years No alcohol related convictions A current medical examiner's certificate

Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
