Full-time, Exempt | Monday-Friday Job Overview Our client, a boutique wealth management firm , is seeking an experienced Trust Advisor to join its Fiduciary Services team . This role is designed for a relationship-driven professional with deep expertise in trust administration , estate planning , and fiduciary services . You will play a key role in managing complex trust portfolios, advising high-net-worth clients, and contributing to strategic initiatives across fiduciary operations and client service delivery . Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of experience in trust administration , estate planning , or fiduciary services Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or willingness to obtain Strong understanding of fiduciary law , tax regulations , and investment principles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Word , and portfolio management systems Responsibilities Administer and oversee trust accounts , including account setup , distributions , and terminations Interpret and review trust documents , estate plans , and fiduciary instruments Provide guidance on probate , tax planning , gift tax , and GST administration Collaborate with attorneys , tax professionals , and financial advisors to deliver integrated solutions Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client relationship management Support fiduciary governance , including participation in internal committees Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and best practice initiatives Why Join?
