CORE EXPECTATIONS

Must be able to attend all team practices (4 nights a week) and occasionally weekend meets. May also be responsible for coaching some pre-team and recreational classes. Is familiar with and has worked with USA Gymnastics guidelines for all Xcel levels. Follows all YMCA as well as the Gymnastics studios Rules & policies.

Qualifications Age requirements:

Must be over the age of 21. Must have team coaching experience. Must be SafeSport certified. Willingness to accept responsibility. Be Enthusiastic and positive while coaching. Must be able to lift & move gymnastics equipment up to 40lbs. Possess effective Teaching & Coaching skills. Possess proper spotting techniques. Possess organizational skills.
