Tumbling/Cheer Coach

Overview We are a new Recreational cheer and tumbling facility and looking to hire our pioneer coaches! This position will start in the Fall of 2026. We are looking for those individuals interested in coaching toddler tumbling, Level 1 and 2 Tumbling, Proper cheer techniques, and boys ninja gymnastics. Join our dynamic team as a Tumbling Coach and ignite the passion for tumbling, cheer and physical excellence! In this role, you will inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels to master tumbling techniques, develop confidence, and achieve their personal best. Your enthusiasm for sports coaching, combined with your expertise in physical education, will create a motivating environment where safety, skill development, and fun go hand in hand. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape young athletes' futures while fostering a love for movement and fitness. Responsibilities Lead engaging tumbling classes that focus on safety, technique, and progression for participants of varying ages and abilities Demonstrate proper form and safety protocols to prevent injuries during practice and performances Monitor student behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment Collaborate with families, other coaches and staff to organize events, competitions, or showcases that highlight student achievements Ensure all equipment is safe, well-maintained, and used correctly during training sessions Skills Proven experience working with students in sports coaching or physical education settings background in gymnastics, cheerleading, or other related disciplines Skilled in teaching physical skills with patience and clarity; experience in childcare is highly valued Excellent behavior management abilities to foster discipline while encouraging fun and confidence-building Knowledge of sports like basketball or cheerleading can enhance training versatility Ability to create an inclusive atmosphere that motivates diverse learners and ensures safety at all times Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels the growth of aspiring tumblers!
