Mortgage Qualified Processor

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of loan processing experience , with a strong focus on Conventional VA and FHA refinances Experience reviewing and clearing conditions for refinance loans Strong understanding of VA and FHA Streamline refinance requirements Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines Ability to analyze borrower documentation and identify discrepancies or large deposits Experience with purchase loans (not limited to refinances) preferred Proficiency in Encompass or a comparable loan origination system High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Fully ONSITE #westpriority26 Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Addison, TX.
