Mobile ADC Attendant

Mobile ADC Attendant is responsible for accepting, pre-sorting, and loading donated goods at various Attended Donation Centers while providing exceptional customer service to our donors and customers. Role and Responsibilities The Mobile ADC Attendant will be based out Bee Caves ADC but will fill in at other ADC locations as needed. Greet every customer with warmth and professionalism-inside, outside, or over the phone. Open and close the store location and ensure all doors, money and credit card receipts are secured. Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers. Assist donors at donation drop-offs and offer donation receipts. Then presort, and place donations in proper containers. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Accurately record the donations on the donation count list. Accurately complete store report and report sales daily. Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently at the register. Verifies accuracy of the truck/trailer seals on doors and equipment manifest. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Required Skills & Qualifications Clean driving record and a valid driver license are required. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel across multiple locations. Available to work a flexible schedule to support business demands. Proficiency in English and basic math skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Hands on experience with POS transactions. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to work in both a climate and non-climate-controlled facility. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear. The ability to cope with and tolerate moderate levels of stress is also a necessity. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
