JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
Provide quality work in the areas of custom build and bridge construction in a safety driven and efficient manner. This role will be focused on the construction of bridges, boardwalks, light poles and marine infrastructure.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in the paint booth to prep and assist with painting operations Pack finished goods post cure Working in a team setting, responsible for individual tasks in order achieve targets set by Paint Foreman Complete relevant documentation and paperwork to ensure effective and safe operation Ensure that all operational areas worked in are kept clean with structured workflow at all times Identifying quality and safety issues to help optimise overall manufacturing output with the lowest possible risk Report all hazards immediately Upkeep of all workstations in line with best practice requirements for a world class facility Stay up to date with skills and operational knowledge through general procedure refreshers and awareness Maintain a high level of quality throughout the area Assist in the clean-up and shut down of each station Ensure effective Take 5 processes are followed Ensure you maintain a general professional presentation Ensure all Golden rules are adopted and embraced Any other duty as delegated to you by your supervisor or manager Maintain effective Time and Attendance records through the use of the electronic Time Target monitoring Fully participate and engage in safety Toolbox meeting and pre-start sessions. Flexible finish times to ensure continuous production processes are not compromised

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Safety & Quality:
All staff are required to take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of other personnel who may be affected by their conduct, during their actions at work Consistently comply with Workplace Health and Safety procedures Assesses work area regularly for problems or issues and ensure all work areas are safe Ensure personal presentation (including PPE) and work area remains tidy. Ensure all company sites, plant and equipment are maintained and presented to a high standard, including but not limited to: lawns, gardens, vehicles, reception areas etc.
Skills and Experience :
(key skills & minimum years of experience required to complete the key tasks & responsibilities as detailed above) A strong safety focus Experience within construction or manufacturing team Experience in a repetitive fast paced environment Power tool or tooling experience (preferred) Flexibility to complete work hours on short notice in order to maintain timelines
Qualifications :
(any desired academic or trade qualifications required to carry out the role) Forklift Ticket (Desirable) First Aid Ticket (Desirable) Driver's License

Location:
Cresson, Texas Full time role Approx. 40 hours a week and operational hours will change as per the needs of the business. Additional Work (over time) will be required at times in order to meet operational requirements.
