Professional Organizer, Sales, Team Leader This position is key to our success. Everything will revolve around you•the team, the clients, and the city's growth. We are looking for a leader with a growth mindset who wants to be a pivotal part of a fast-growing company. The core of this position comes down to three things: 1. You are an amazing organizer. You can walk into any room, no matter how challenging, and instinctively create a game plan. It doesn't overwhelm you; it excites you. 2. You are a confident consultant. You can perform in-home assessments, actively listen to a client's needs, present the perfect package, and gracefully address any concerns. 3. You are a supportive leader. You can hire, train, and manage other professional organizers in a way that makes everyone feel excited and proud to be part of the team.About Us:
At Sorted Sparrow, we transform cluttered homes into beautifully organized spaces for our clients to love and enjoy. We specialize in completing projects quickly with energetic and friendly teams of 2•6 organizers.Experience:
Must have Professional Organizing experience Must have experience in sales and team management.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home assessments to sell organizing packages. Oversee project scheduling and ensure smooth execution of client projects. Hire, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing team of organizers. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.Preferred Skills:
Supervising experience Organizational skills Management Leadership Sales Customer relations Interviewing and hiringRequirements:

Our compensation plan includes a base salary, revenue share, on-site pay, and an escalating annual bonus. It provides a clear and achievable path to a $40,000•$60,000+ annual income.Paid & Pre-Qualified Assessments:
Our internal team books paid assessments for you, meaning you spend your time with serious leads who are ready to book, leading to high closing rates.Flexible Schedule:
You'll primarily work about 30 hours a week with flexibility in how you schedule your consultations and projects (most projects run 9:30am-3pm).Leadership & Growth:
