What You'll Do It's an exciting time at McMaster-Carr as we grow into our new regional headquarters in Fort Worth a modern, automated distribution facility that will help support Texas customers with the excellent service and innovative solutions that define our company. We are looking for curious, self-starters to support the identification, onboarding, and ongoing support of a diverse customer base. In this role, you will identify potential customers and support initial outreach efforts. Make an impact and grow your professional skillset through experiences like: Reading and evaluating industry information from different news sources, market reports, and industry publications to understand a diverse customer base spanning many industries.

Assessing leads generated from a range of internal and external resources to help identify new customers.

Introducing new customers to McMaster-Carr by sharing information about our products and services via email, phone, or in-person visits.

Building long-lasting relationships by anticipating needs and responding to each customer's unique preferences. Join our company at a pivotal moment as we embark on a new venture.
