Valid California Guard Card Strong customer service and communication skills Must be reliable and punctual Ability to stand for long periods of time Must maintain a proper uniform and professional appearance at all times Must be able to complete accurate and detailed Daily Activity Reports (DARs) Ability to maintain situational awareness and professionalism at all times

Job Duties:

Conduct routine patrols of the property Complete Detex scans as required Check in tenants and visitors Observe and report suspicious activity onsite Maintain a strong and visible security presence Ensure the property remains safe and secure at all times Communicate effectively with management and dispatch when needed
