Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Observe and operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee key areas Enforce security policies by verifying authorized access for employees, visitors, and contractors Respond swiftly to incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting purposes Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism activities Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary, providing accurate incident reports Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), conflict management techniques, and loss prevention strategies Certified in first aid and CPR; additional certifications such as security training or law enforcement credentials are a plus Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively Join us in delivering a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
