About the Company Permanent Capital is launching a selective summer fellowship for undergraduate students who want more than a traditional internship. This is not a job where tasks are assigned. This is a chance to create something of your own. About the Role Over eight weeks, Fellows will work in small teams to pursue an entrepreneurial opportunity of their choosing. The program is designed to provide a structured, highly supportive environment that rewards initiative, creativity, collaboration, and practical problem solving. Responsibilities Design and pursue your own venture or project Test ideas in the real world-talk to users, build, iterate, and refine Solve problems with limited structure and high ownership Collaborate with a cohort of ambitious peers Learn directly from founders, operators, and investors through weekly sessions Present your work and insights at the conclusion of the program Qualifications We're looking for students who are: Curious, ambitious, and self-directed Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to figure things out Excited by the idea of building something from nothing Program Details June 22 (start date)•August 13 (end date) Chicago (in-person at Headquarters in Fulton Market) Monday•
