Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team in a Unit Manager position at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation. This role is open to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) that have prior experience as a Charge Nurse, Shift Supervisor or Unit Manager. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. This position is part of the clinical management team at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation. The position will work Monday Through Friday as a typical schedule but will be responsible for On-Call, as part of a rotation, and covering open shifts when necessary. Salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process and is based on licensure and past experience. vaccines Responsibilities Oversee Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans and plans of correction. Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records. Complete necessary audits and additional tasks as assigned by Director of Nursing. Prior experience or current certifications in Wound Care or Infection Prevention are a plus for this position! Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio. Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and staff interaction.
