UPK TEACHER

Blossoming Minds Early Learning Center is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated UPK Teacher to join our team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year!

Hours:

9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Schedule follows the Wappingers Central School District calendar year Supportive and welcoming early childhood environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children's early education

Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth Maintain communication with families and staff Follow all UPK and program guidelines

Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in a NYS licensed daycare facility and complete all required clearances Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the Creative Curriculum for Pre-Kindergarten Teachers at eligible agencies must, at minimum, either: Hold a New York State Certification valid for service in the early childhood or childhood grades, or students with disabilities in early childhood grades; OR Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred Passion for early childhood education Strong communication and classroom management skills If you love helping young learners grow and thrive, we'd love to hear from you!

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
