At St. Paul's Schools, we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every individual is celebrated for their unique strengths and contributions. We believe that diversity enriches education, empowering students to reach their fullest potential. By embracing a culture of inclusion, we prepare our students to succeed in an increasingly interconnected and multicultural world. The St. Paul's Schools has a compensation scale based on direct years of experience and degree held. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's years of experience, education and skills. For this opportunity, our salary range is $46,000 to $70,000 annually. Candidates with additional experience or qualifications may be offered a salary outside of the range shown. In addition, full-time team members gain access to our robust benefits package designed to support your well-being, inside and outside of work. This includes a competitive healthcare package (medical, dental, and vision), disability protection, participation in our 403(b) retirement plan which has an immediate employer contribution and a generous time off package, including wellness days because we believe you may need a day off 'just because!'. Beyond the essentials, we provide a range of added benefits to support your well-being and growth—including a daily lunch stipend, access to multiple on-campus fitness centers, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
