Job Description

Work Schedule 12 hr shift/days Environmental Conditions Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Safety Standards, Cleanroom:
no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers•22degreesF•6degrees C, No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

$33.00•$34.00/hr
Shift Schedule:
12-hour rotating shift (2/2/3 rotation), 7:00 AM•7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays

Life:
Perform manufacturing operations in alignment with cGMP standards Demonstrate safe work habits and adhere strictly to safety procedures Participate in Tier 1 meetings and support team readiness Maintain GMP Kanban to support production flow Spend the majority of time (80-90%) on the manufacturing floor Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals Support continuous improvement initiatives and tech transfer activities Identify and implement process efficiency improvements Keys to

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Proven knowledge of cGMP Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely Ability to maintain sterile credentials and work in a cleanroom environment Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and pharmaceutical equipment Physical Requirements /
Work Environment:
Ability to gown aseptically/sterile as required Vision abilities including near, far, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Ability to sit and stand for extended periods Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays
