ABOUT THE URGENT CARE SITES

Highly trained, experienced onsite clinical support staff. The latest & greatest in urgent care equipment and technology to aid you in diagnosing and treating patients across all lifespans with varying acuities. Experity, an EMR designed specifically for urgent care medicine, makes charting a breeze! X-Ray interpretation in an average of 12 minutes! Onsite x-ray, minor procedure room, EKG, and more!

COMPENSATION, SCHEDULING, AND BENEFITS FOR URGENT CARE

FNPs & PAs:

Hourly base + daily patient volume incentive opportunities (can add several hundred dollars per day!) + 2 hours of added pay for solo shifts + daily 2X OT policy + much more! Work full-time just days per week; part time positions with just 1 or 2 shifts per week! Opportunities for added shifts/overtime for incredible added earnings, if desired. Growth & leadership opportunities as we expand (promoting from within!)

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED OF FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONERS

(FNP)

AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS

(PA): Minimum of 1-year of NP/PA clinical practice experience in an urgent care or emergency room setting. (Sorry, we are unable to consider candidates who do not meet this minimum.)

MSN-FNP Degree +

AANP or ANCC Board Certification PAs:

Physician Assistant Studies Degree + NCCPA Board Certification California NP or PA Licensure California Furnishing License (NPs only) DEA Certificate with CA address.
