Geisinger is seeking a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician with a passion for Urgent Care to join our team at our Selinsgrove location. Geisinger's ConvenientCare+ program is an alternative to the Emergency Department when prompt intervention is needed to treat worsening illness or exacerbation of a chronic condition. Acute care services above and beyond what is traditionally found in outpatient urgent care centers are available for the convenience of both providers and patients.Job Duties:
ConvenientCare+ has much to offer, allowing you to live well in both your professional and personal life: Attractive schedule:14 rotating shifts/month, no overnight shifts, and no mandated additional shiftsShifts:
12 hour (M-F) & 10 hour (S-S) Support staff: Advanced Practice Providers, RNs (available all hours of operation),Phlebomoy, Radiology Techs Specialized Equipment:
Telemedicine carts, negative pressure rooms, continuous vital sign monitoringDiagnostics:
X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI Hospital Admissions:
If necessary, patients can be directly admitted to the hospital from this hospital-based clinic.Services:
