Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians, ensuring patients receive high-quality and efficient care in a safe environment. Responsibilities Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and documenting medical information Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility Collect samples for laboratory testing Maintain accurate patient records and update care plans Communicate patient concerns and changes in condition to the healthcare team Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and medications Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Support physicians and RNs during examinations and procedures Requirements Active LPN/LVN license in the state of employment Current CPR/BLS certification Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
