Experienced Wound Care Provider We are hiring a Wound Care

NP/PA/MD/DO

(with clinical/hands-on wound care experience) to provide care across skilled nursing facilities in the Eureka, CA area . This is a mobile role with a consistent schedule, defined facility coverage, and structured workflows, ideal for clinicians seeking a focused way to practice.

Competitive Pay:

Compensation is based on a daily rate, with plenty of opportunities to grow based on your experience and caseload. Opportunity to focus on wound care and procedural skills

Your Day-to-Day Facility Visits:

Travel to skilled nursing facility patients to perform wound care rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver essential patient care. Early morning starts may be required.

Wound Care Expertise:

Provide care for chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds. Responsibilities may include bedside debridement, dressing changes, and feeding tube management (training available).

Detailed Documentation:

Keep accurate and timely records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure the highest level of care.

Who We're Looking For Preferred:

NP, PA, DO, or MD who has extensive clinical/hands-on experience in sharp wound debridement (bedside, inpatient, or outpatient), feeding tube management, skin graft, has worked with a Skilled Nursing Facility, and has experience working for a wound care company.

Positive Personality:

Someone who is professional, approachable, and able to build good rapport with facility staff and patients.

Self-Motivated:

Comfortable working independently, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with care teams.

Independent & Motivated:

You'll need to be self-driven, an excellent communicator, and able to work autonomously.

Licensure:

Must have an active California NP, PA, MD, or DO license .

Availability :

Open to visiting multiple skilled nursing facilities within Eureka, CA. Other Benefits Mileage reimbursement - to be discussed with the practice

Compensation :

$800-1,000 daily for 3 months , then change to production rate after 3 months. Training is provided without prior experience in sharp wound debridement (must have at least a clinical experience in debridement during training/school years) With compensation included during the training period!
