Used Car Salesman Hourly and Commission

Car Sales Executive Duties:

• Conduct outside sales activities to attract potential customers and generate leads
• Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of inventory and pricing
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or outbound sales is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the dealership and the customer
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using software applications for inventory control and sales tracking
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
