  • Posting may close at any time) Job Summary The David Eccles School of Business Executive MBA program is seeking a Classroom Technology Assistant to assist with program-related tasks.
This student role involves providing direct support for classroom technology and program-related tasks during Executive MBA class days. Responsibilities Friday and Saturday (every other week) availability to support executive student class days. Provide direct classroom technology support to faculty and full-time staff. Be the go-to classroom technology expert, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during classes. Ensure a high level of customer service when engaging with faculty, staff, and students. Assist with classroom operations, including setup and breakdown of equipment, as needed. Address student and staff questions or concerns promptly. Assist with other classroom-related tasks as requested. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications Must be a current University of Utah student. High school diploma or equivalency required. Professional attire and demeanor required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Desire to work in a professional academic environment. Preferences The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, organized, and has a positive, proactive approach. Comfort and professionalism when interacting with executive students and faculty.
