Primary Position Duties:

Create a fun, friendly, and welcoming shopping experience for every guest Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with questions, needs, and product selection Maintain fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe at all times Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly Follow company standards and procedures with honesty and integrity Represent the company positively within the store and the community Take initiative to learn, improve, and contribute to team success These duties and requirements reflect the core expectations for all team members; additional responsibilities and qualifications may apply based on specific departments and positions.

Minimum Age :

16 Years of age.

Lifting Requirements :

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Potential Equipment :

cash registers and point-of-sale systems, barcode scanners, scales, and payment terminals; stocking tools such as carts, pallet jacks, and box cutters; food service equipment like slicers, ovens, fryers, and mixers; refrigeration and freezer units; cleaning and sanitation tools; and basic safety equipment. Proper training is provided to ensure all equipment is used safely and effectively..

Physical Abilities :

Regularly required to walk, stand, sit, twist, and bend; repetitive use of hands and arms to push, pull, carry, lift, reach, grip and balance; occasionally stoop, crouch, kneel, climb, or crawl. Lifting will include floor to shoulder and overhead lifting. Occasional use and climbing of step stools or ladders required. Some areas of the store may require the ability to safely use stairs as part of daily responsibilities.

Communication :

Ability to write, speak, hear and understand the spoken word in order to respond promptly to pages, requests, team members and guests. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manual s.

Education or Skills:
