• GovCIO is currently hiring for a DRSN Engineer/Administrator )to supportan upcoming award/contract. This position will be located in the United States and will be fully onsite position.
• Responsibilities
• + Provides technical leadership for major IT field support services in classified settings, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives + Directs and controls all field support activities providing 24x7x365 DRSN operations, maintenance, and administration at FC + Supports

DRSN ATO

maintenance + Provides on-site DRSN support to external locations as required

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's with 6
• 8 years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience + 6 years experience in IT support + Security+ certification and DRSN experience + Possesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systems + Demonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategies + Possesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for staff at International locations + Exhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service delivery +
