VENTURE X ALLEN/FAIRVIEW FULL TIME COMMUNITY COORDINATOR SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused professional to oversee and drive sales for our co-working and concierge-style flexible office spaces. This full-time role combines front desk administration, sales, and community management. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing shared spaces—including the lounge, meeting rooms, café, and market pantry—while delivering a high-touch concierge experience to members and their clients. You will play a key role in customer acquisition and retention by conducting tours, following up with prospects, onboarding new clients, and providing ongoing support. This role also requires building a strong, connected community through networking, hosting events, and fostering collaboration among members. Additionally, you will support business development efforts by engaging with entrepreneurs and the commercial real estate community, as well as driving revenue through event space and meeting room bookings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure the space is clean, organized, and well-maintained Manage front desk operations and serve as the primary point of contact Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for clients Purchase and maintain office and pantry supplies Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing client support Conduct tours, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospective clients Sell event space and meeting room bookings Build relationships through networking with entrepreneurs and the commercial real estate community Foster a welcoming, collaborative, and professional environment Plan, organize, and host community-building events monthly Qualifications /
Experience Preferred:
Background in Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management Experience in sales or business development Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
