As a Verizon Customer Service Associate, you'll introduce customers to the speed and reliability of Verizon FiOS. You'll break down the benefits of fiber-optic internet in a way that's easy to understand, helping customers compare plans and choose the one that fits their needs. The Verizon Customer Service Associate will provide support that drives sales and creates a positive experience that keeps customers coming back. Core Functions of the Verizon Customer Service Associate Offer friendly support to customers exploring Verizon FiOS, naturally weaving in sales conversations about faster internet and better TV options. Guide customers through simple FiOS plan choices with patient support, creating comfortable moments for personalized sales recommendations. Provide clear support for billing or service questions, building trust that opens doors to consultative sales dialogue. Walk customers through FiOS enrollment with warm support, reinforcing sales messages about fiber speed and reliable entertainment. Deliver consistent support that resolves concerns quickly, turning happy customers into advocates for future sales opportunities. Keep accurate notes and follow-up support, enabling smooth handoffs that strengthen loyalty and support targeted sales outreach.
