Associate Veterinarian (Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Potential) Down Home Veterinary Services Sugarcreek/Dundee, Ohio Down Home Veterinary Services is a rapidly growing, breeder-focused veterinary practice seeking a motivated and progressive Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We are building a modern veterinary practice centered around education, preventative health testing, and helping responsible breeders improve the health, structure, temperament, and long-term genetic outcomes of future generations of dogs. This is not traditional general practice medicine. Our clinic is designed specifically to support breeders through advanced orthopedic evaluations, preventative care, diagnostics, and ongoing education. Our veterinary practice is already fully operating with a professionally equipped mobile veterinary clinic, while our permanent state-of-the-art brick-and-mortar facility is currently in the building process. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company during a major stage of expansion and help shape the future vision of the practice. We are looking for a veterinarian who values organization, efficiency, cleanliness, professionalism, and progressive medicine — someone with a growth mindset who is excited to help lead the way in improving canine health, responsible breeding practices, and breeder education. This position is currently part-time with a starting compensation package of approximately $86,000 annually, with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time role within the next year as the clinic continues to expand. Performance bonuses and long-term growth opportunities will also become available.
