What You'll Do:

Be A Master of the

Machine:

Safely and efficiently haul and operate a variety of heavy equipment used in asphalt paving and site construction projects.

Deliver Quality Work:

Support asphalt paving operations from start to finish while maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. Work as a

Team:

Collaborate with crew members, project managers, contractors, clients, and the public to keep projects running smoothly and professionally. Solve Problems in the

Field:

Adapt to changing jobsite conditions, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and help ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

What We're Looking For:

2 Years minimum experience operating Excavator or Dozer, CDL Class A or B endorsement. Topcon GPS experience is a plus. A team player with great communication skills, committed, and a positive attitude. Someone who's not afraid of hard work, long days, and loud noises. Willingness to labor and operate. An hourly rate of $25.00-$35.00.
