Job Description
OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and organized Office Receptionist to become the face of our office. This is a key role that helps keep our daily operations running smoothly while delivering a great experience for our customers.What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general questions
- Accept and process payments in-person, phone, and online
- Prepare and manage daily deposits
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and bank runs as needed
- Track and organize job-related receipts and paperwork
- Maintain office organization
- Order office supplies, snacks, and company apparel
- Assist with employee needs such as distributing pay stubs
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and staying on top of priorities
- Basic computer skills — QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic Microsoft Office skills experience
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
