Compensation:

Pay is $21-$25 per hour, depending on veterinary CSR experience, communication skill, reliability, and ability to support clinic flow. Candidates with strong front-office veterinary experience, excellent phone skills, and proven follow-through will be considered toward the higher end of the range.

What You'll Do:

Answer phones and client messages with warmth and clarity. Schedule appointments thoughtfully and efficiently. Gather key information for sick or urgent patient concerns. Route questions to doctors and technicians with complete context. Help clients understand estimates, deposits, and financial policies. Track callbacks, refills, records, and follow-up tasks until complete. Maintain accurate client and patient records. Help anxious, grieving, frustrated, or cost-concerned clients feel respected. Support a team culture built on accountability, kindness, and professionalism. What We're Looking For Veterinary CSR experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology, practice-management software, scheduling, estimates, and client communication is highly valued.
