Schedule:

We understand that work-life balance is critical to your well-being. With this in consideration, we designed the schedule as follows:

• 4-day work week, with a minimum of 50% of time spent on administrative duties
• Please note, this is a full-time position and further details on schedule expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation:

Our competitive compensation package includes:

• Competitive base salary and monthly production bonus, with earning potential of $275k+ annually and no negative accrual
