Veterinary Receptionist

Tallassee Veterinary Associates is a small, privately owned and operated practice in Tallassee, AL. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a receptionist. Ideally the receptionist is able to multi-task, answer a multi-line phone, while greeting and assisting clients in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate would be able to work independently and have a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who is energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated. Our practice is growing and we are seeking someone who can help with running the front desk, as well as help with the day-to-day operations of our practice. Receptionist are responsible for answering the phone, scheduling appointments, checking clients out and occasionally are asked to be hands on with pets. One year customer service experience is preferred. Cornerstone Software experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm.
