Veterinary Receptionist

Country Animal Hospital is looking to add a full time Veterinary Receptionist to our growing team! At our practice you will find a commitment to quality medicine, patient care, client experience, and to your professional growth! We are a busy, fast paced clinic and our receptionists perform a variety of tasks that include:

• Greeting clients with a cheerful and professional attitude and making them feel welcome during their entire time in the clinic.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Answering questions and triaging client concerns.
• Rooming clients and weighing patients.
• Admitting and discharging boarding patients.
• Checking out clients and processing payments.
• Un-packing and stocking shelves with food/merchandise.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that goes beyond traditional reception duties. Candidates should be comfortable staying on their feet, moving throughout the hospital, and juggling multiple priorities at once.
