Veterinary Receptionist (FT/PT)

What You'll Do:

Help create a welcoming, compassionate, and organized experience for clients and patients Coordinate scheduling and appointment flow in a busy multi-service veterinary practice Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person regarding appointments, medications, records, and general questions Support the veterinary team through accurate record keeping, organization, and proactive communication Prepare for appointments by reviewing and updating client records and ensuring needed forms are ready in advance Educate clients on preventative healthcare recommendations, products, and services that support their pet's health and wellbeing Assist clients with questions regarding medications, prescription diets, flea/tick and heartworm prevention, wellness recommendations, and other veterinary services Maintain a clean, professional, and team-oriented front desk environment Perform general administrative and clerical tasks including mail handling, document preparation, organization, and hospital communication support
