This position is ideal for an experienced technician who is confident running anesthesia, monitoring surgical patients, and scrubbing into advanced orthopedic and soft tissue procedures. Responsibilities Induction, monitoring, and recovery of anesthesia patients Surgical preparation and sterile scrubbing for advanced procedures Assisting in orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries Patient treatments and nursing care Accurate medical record keeping Client communication and discharge instructions Maintaining an organized and efficient surgical environment Qualifications Strong anesthesia monitoring skills required Surgical assisting and sterile technique experience preferred Orthopedic and/or specialty surgery experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and patient advocacy Professional communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain composed and organized throughout the surgical day Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT) preferred What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Takes pride in their work Values precision, accountability, and teamwork Communicates professionally and compassionately Contributes positively to a respectful and collaborative culture Wants to grow alongside a specialty practice built with intention Position Details Full-time position Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within a specialty surgical practice We would love to meet candidates who are passionate about surgical nursing and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
