We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Vinyl Graphics & Wrap Prepping Specialist to join our team and help us set the foundation for perfect installations.

The Role:

Why "Prepping" is Everything Ask any pro installer, and they'll tell you: a wrap is only as good as the prep work. If the surface isn't immaculate and the vinyl isn't weeded perfectly, the final product won't look right. Preparation is essential to keep the work flow running smoothly from start to finish. Working with the team to ensure vinyl for each job is ready on time, keeping the schedule on track.

What You'll Do Graphic Production Support:

Weed, mask, tape, and trim vinyl graphics, decals, and full wrap panels after they come off the printer/plotter.

Office Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized prep environment, manage vinyl inventory and prep supplies (isopropyl alcohol, microfiber towels, weeding tools, etc.).

Quality Control:

Inspect printed vinyl for defects, dust, or imperfections before it is sent out or installed.

Customer Service:

Answer phone calls and greet walk in customers when needed.

Vehicle Preparation:

Thoroughly clean and prep vehicle surfaces, removing grease, wax, dirt, and hardware like badges when necessary. Assist the

Lend a hand holding panels and help keep the shop organized.

Installation:

Install vinyl on signs and small vehicle lettering jobs. What We're Looking For An Eye for

Recognizing flaws in vinyl or other materials.

Patience & Focus:

Weeding intricate designs and trimming vinyl requires a steady hand and a focused mind.

Hand-Eye Coordination:

Comfortable using utility knives, squeegees, and heat guns safely.

Team Player:

You take pride in setting up your teammates (the installers) for absolute success.

Experience:

Previous experience in a sign shop, detailing shop, or automotive environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
