This position manages the development and coordination of volunteer resources that support hospital programs and patient needs. The role involves building community understanding, organizing volunteer services, and ensuring full compliance with laws and policies. As a Volunteer Resources Coordinator, you will perform the following duties:Volunteer Program Coordination:
Plan, organize, and direct volunteer activities to support hospital operations and patient servicesCommunity Engagement:
Work with community leaders to relate hospital needs to available resources and promote understanding of volunteer opportunitiesStaff and Volunteer Support:
Coordinate orientation, training, and evaluation processes for volunteers and assist staff who supervise themAdministrative Management:
Maintain records, schedules, reports, and other materials that support effective program operationsFund and Resource Oversight:
Coordinate fundraisers, manage dedicated funds, and serve as chair for the Indigent Patient Fund CommitteeRegulatory Coordination:

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday- Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience directing or coordinating the activities of volunteers, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, public relations, social work, or a related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:
