293425226 Job Description position: ops team general operations, front desk, sales, member management, customer experience and support.
hours:
part-time & full-time available paid sick and family medical leave: offered pursuant to washington state law. employees accrue one hour of paid sick and family medical leave for every forty hours worked.
paid vacation:
employees accrue two hours of paid vacation for every forty hours worked. paid vacation may be used for any purpose.
other benefits:

  • facilitating guest experiences. with a focus on active listening and clear, accessible communication. identify a guest's needs and provide information in a way that's non-intrusive or judgmental, and that is easy to understand.
  • active problem solving. resolve member concerns by first validating their feelings, and use listening skills to identify needs and solutions to prioritize the person over policies.
  • operational excellence. maintain high competency with our point of sale system to manage check-ins, memberships, daypasses, and other sales.
  • stewarding the gym space.
