Serves meals in the Dining Rooms to residents and guests as scheduled.

Reviews menu for scheduled meal prior to serving in order to answer any questions from residents or guests.
Cleans assigned dining and serving areas prior to meal service and assures that all place settings are complete.
Assists residents with their menu selections within the established guidelines of the Dietitian and Director of Medical Services; assists guests with selections as needed.
Notes meal orders and communicates them to the kitchen; services meals to residents and guests as ordered.
Assures that plates are properly garnished as directed by the Chef.
Sets, clears, cleans and resets tables as needed and required.

Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Demonstrates on-going continuing education.
Knowledge and training to provide excellent meal services to geriatric Residents.
