Waitress/Server

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and timely manner
• Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest relations
• Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
• Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus

Note:

All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

• 11:30am ~ 9:00pm Morning shift
• 11:00am ~ 4:00pm Dinner shift
• 4:00pm ~ 9:00pm We are hiring Tuesday ~
