This fast paced environment requires an organized waitstaff that can work together and remain in control under pressure while serving with a smile. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or specials Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and baristas Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest relations Handle guest inquiries courteously via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills Manage guest check-ins and seating arrangements during busy hours to optimize flow and minimize wait times Maintain cleanliness of the host/hostess station and dining area to uphold hygiene standards Assist with basic restaurant operations including POS transactions, bill processing, and cash handling using systems like Micros or Aloha POS Experience Prior host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required Strong background in food service and customer service roles demonstrating excellent communication skills Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in hotel or guest services can be a plus, highlighting your ability to manage diverse guest needs Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Knowledge of serving techniques, hospitality standards, and phone etiquette enhances your ability to excel in this role Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, clear communication, and genuine hospitality.
