Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Wallpaper Installer specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects . In this role, you will bring luxury interiors to life by installing premium wallpaper with precision and care . Your expertise will ensure flawless finishes that elevate upscale homes and designer spaces . You will work closely with interior designers, contractors, project managers, and homeowners to deliver results that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. This position requires true expertise in wallpaper installation , including working with luxury materials and complex patterns . Minimum Qualifications 4+ years professional wallpaper installation experience Proven experience installing designer and high-end wallcoverings Strong knowledge of wall preparation and surface prep Experience installing a variety of wallcoverings including: Grasscloth Silk and specialty wallcoverings Vinyl wallcoverings Non-woven wallcoverings Traditional paste-the-paper materials Murals and large pattern matches Ability to perform precise pattern matching and layout planning Experience working in luxury homes, designer spaces, or custom builds Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check Key Responsibilities Measure walls accurately and plan layouts for precise pattern alignment Prepare walls properly including: Cleaning Patching Skim coating Sanding Priming and sealing surfaces Install wallpaper with perfect seams, tight corners, and bubble-free finishes Ensure proper alignment of patterns, textures, and designer materials Read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, or designer specifications Operate ladders, scaffolding, and installation tools safely Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Perform quality inspections during and after installation to ensure flawless results Communicate professionally with project managers, designers, and clients Deliver top-tier craftsmanship on every project This Job Is NOT for You If You cut corners You rush through installations You produce sloppy work You lack professionalism You don't take pride in your craft We are building a team of true craftsmen who care about quality and reputation .
